9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.: optional field trip to Copper Falls State Park

Time to be determined: optional shuttle from MSP airport to conference site

• Sunday 23 June 2024: 

9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.: optional field trip to Project Northwoods Arches Research Area

Times to be determined: optional shuttles from MSP airport to conference site

3:00 p.m.: check-in and welcome social begins

6:30 p.m.: welcome presentations

• Monday 24 June 2024: 

9:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.: oral presentations 

4:00 p.m.: exploring and community picnic

• Tuesday, 25 June 2024: 

9:00 a.m. - 3:15 p.m.: oral presentations

3:30 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.: poster presentations, Snake Talk podcast, networking

4:00 p.m.: silent auction closes

5:30 p.m.: closing presentation

7:00 p.m.: banquet
