Conference Costs
Student and Regular registration includes: welcome packet, attendance to all talks and featured speakers, meals (including the welcome social, community picnic and banquet plus 2 breakfasts and 2 lunches), coffee and cookies and local shuttle between lodging and conference.
Attending Family Member registration includes: attendance to all talks and featured speakers, meals (including the welcome social, community picnic and banquet plus 2 breakfasts and 2 lunches), coffee and cookies and local shuttle between lodging and conference.
This option is for someone traveling with a person registering as a regular or student. Attending family members will not present at the conference.
Virtual registration includes: a PDF of the abstract booklet and access to talks on 24-25 June 2024.
Registration does not include: optional shuttles from the MSP airport to the conference or back to the airport or optional field trips, some optional items and lodging.
Prices are in US Dollars and include appropriate compensation for drivers, cooks, cleaners, etc. Tips are not necessary but if you feel the service is extraordinary, you are welcome to give a tip.

MSP Airport to conference site (either 22 or 23 June 2024): $50

Conference site to Michigan (26 June 2024): $100 (if enough interest for this option)
Other
T-shirt: $20 (t-shirts may be able to be mailed to virtual attendees)
Poster printing: $30 (for posters we print for virtual attendees or those unable to travel with their poster)
Payment Options
We accept PayPal (including credit or debit payments without a PayPal account) and checks. If neither of these methods will work for you, please contact us.
Upon completing your registration, we will send you an invoice that includes your registration and any optional items you have selected. If you have selected PayPal as your payment option, this will be sent via PayPal. If you have selected to pay by check or to contact us about a different payment method, you will receive your invoice via email. Please use an email that you check often on your registration so you receive this information promptly. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you see an error on your invoice.
